By using eSIM Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Purchase Policy, and Cookie Policy where applicable. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

eSIM Pro provides digital eSIM data plans and related top-up services for travelers. Our Services depend on local carrier availability, roaming partnerships, and device compatibility. eSIM delivery is digital only and is provided via QR code or manual activation details after successful payment.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase
• providing accurate account, billing, and contact information
• installing and activating the eSIM according to the instructions provided
• complying with applicable telecom, customs, and local laws in your destination country
• maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed at checkout and are final at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Orders are considered complete once payment is confirmed and activation details are delivered.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because eSIM products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are only available in limited circumstances, such as technical failures where the eSIM cannot be activated on a compatible and unlocked device. Refund eligibility is further described in our Purchase Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• resell or redistribute eSIM products without authorization
• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• attempt to bypass security, fraud prevention, or access controls

eSIM Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Network coverage, speed, and availability depend on partner carriers and local conditions outside our direct control.
